Couch, what do you think of the coopers, and which model did you get? I got the performance rated ones (like the highest model)... and they were nice at first, but man did they wear quickly!Sure that is compared to stocks,,, but shees, I ran through em in like 25k!

Mine squel horribly too. Mine are the Goodyear Eagle LS2's and they suck. In rain they will slide too. If I was keeping it I'd put Michelin's on it, but I'm not cause it's going bye bye soon.

Have you checked the alingment. Sometimes that will cause them to squeal when making turns as well.
So far I have no complaints with my Goodyears......

They dont squeal unless if I go around a turn to hard. Yes they will slid on wet roads but found common sense solves that problem. Know when to hit the gas hard and when not too.......

That must mean you are keeping your Monte cause you put Michelins on her..... or did you put Michelins on something else....

Solara was right on the money. Under inflashion causes extra movement on the rubber and the harder compound doesn't grip as well.

I'm going with Goodyear TripleTreds really soon. After my last drag race I can see belts where I wore all the rubber off.

Put Michelin's on my Blazer as the Monte is going "BYE BYE".
