Default time for my '03 to go down the road

i'm wondering what you guys think a fair asking price for my car might be.

it needs a lot of work to be put back to what i would call a " DEPENDABLE DRIVER " state but it does run and drive, as is.
i don't have any decent pics right now but i'm going to try to get it cleaned up this weekend for a photo shoot and i'll post pics next week, if necessary.

the PRO"S: the body is mostly straight with only a couple of small dings on the drivers front quarter and a couple of small cuts on the front and rear plastic bumpers. other than that, the body is in great shape and rust free. it is the midnight metallic blue.
the interior is in good condition for its age and miles. it's dark smoke gray.
i just put two new struts on the front. $300 worth. it has chrome five spoke after market wheels.

the CONS: the radiator is plugging and in need of a flush or replacement, as is the heater core. the transmission slips for the first several gear changes on a cold started motor and trans. the front end is in need of some help as well. it needs new tires.

i think you guys get the idea. it's either a mechanics dream or a great parts car.

so without pics to go by at this time, does anyone want to offer their opinion as to what the old girl is worth on the open market?
