Good luck. You'll love everything except the gas mileage, and with gas prices soaring, it's a tough choice.

Beautiful car though.

I've got a family member with an old car that might like the Monte, I might try to sell it to them, if not I'll try to sell it myself, and if worse comes to worse, I can trade it in and try to get as close to KBB value as possible.

I came in here to scream NOOO!! and then saw that you were thinking of upgrading to an SS, i say yeSS!

The thought of gas prices scare the SH** out of me, really.
Almost 4 dollars here for premium
What does an SS use?

I always pump mid-grade which here is about 3.35 I believe.

That's for your LS, correct?
I meant what would the 06/07 SS take, premium also? if so, that's quite a hit in the wallet.

what are the factory mpg of the newer SS's?
