Default Tag Light LED?!

So, Seeing as how my new led tail lights will be in tomorrow, I need to get the third light (stop light, AKA tag light) Converted to LED..

Anyone have suggestions? I know it isn't just one bulb, or at least I don't think... I think it is the entire light assembly...

Number 1 is the tag light.. and I see no bulb... just the light itself.. =(

Suggestions?

it should be the LED for the 3d brake light.

I know in the 4th gens and the 5th gens they were a bulb and in the end of those years they had a fake LED setup. but i belive yours is actually a LEDS.

easy way to find out pull it out and look at it.

If you need to convert it then you can go to a auto parts store and see if they have somethign that will work for you OR
my personal fav. is to just build a light for your car.
go to your fav. place to get some LED's (i would look at supper flux or better)
then go to rat shack and ge tthe perff bord there and make sure ya get one big enough to take the place of the bulb for ya.

then get the soldiing iron out and the solder out and go for it.

Just remeber to get a resistor in there to make sure it dont blow the LEDS

Also can be done for the lic. light. OR look at LED lic. frame and use on of them and take the bulb out for a power point.
