Default "T" shifter

anyone know if the "T" shifter from the 6th gen. is interchangeable with the poll shifter from the 7th gen. kinda miss my old one

I don't see why it wouldn't be, have you pulled the shifter off your car to see what it looks like underneath?

i haven't . . . . the only problem i can think of is that the 6th gen has a boot ant i don't know how that would work with the console of the 7th gen.

Don't think it'll work, 6th gen uses a clip to hold the know on and if not mistaken the 7th gen uses a screw. 6th gen's boot attaches to the bottom of the ****, could cut off that part but as I said before clip vs screw, I believe

Seriously, though... miss the T-bar? Didn't seem sporty enough for me I borrowed the **** out of my Camaro until I could find one to replace it. Just tucked the boot down into the trim, like the look and feel so much more!
