7th Gen ('06-'07): SSV Sam's Monte recent mods PIC's
#34
with that being said... We hope to see you there with your Monte sometime.
If you dont mind Pennys!
Just purchased it in August...
Havent had a chance to really "run" it at the strip or anything...
It has a 5.3 with CAI (Wizaire) I believe the PCM is chipped (reprogrammed)
High flow Cat ... Catback duals (magnaflow) Shift kit... 18inch wheels, Michelin somethn or another tires.. I will say its very crisp and only has 37,000 original miles. 2003 GMC Sierra SLT Standard Cab... Its originally from Tennessee. The Body kit was done at Southern Comfort Conversions. It went straight from the Factory to Southern Comfort. Being an SLT it loaded with all the bells and Whistles available back then.
I have made a few Cosmetic additions...Will post a more recent pic when I get it back from the dealer.. (Warranty work)
I Love It!

That truck has put two of my favorite colors together (I've had 5 cars that were white and 1 orange one [you know how hard it is to buy an orange car - an original orange from the factory - almost impossible]) and personally I think its awesome and with everything it has just makes it that much sweeter - I am really looking forward to meeting everyone when my car comes back and all the neat cars.

A couple updates
Too much black on my hood - extractor vent and GP vents will now all be color matched to the car. Upgrading my ugly OEM antenna with a Shark Fin by Visual Garage. Waiting for it , should be here next week then off to paint to match the car. Installation takes about 15 minutes. Tinting the windows all the way around with the lightest possible tint, should give the car a sleeker look. Car to be completely detailed shortly, in fact Greg Hubbs will have a hand in that. Going out to Utah the 26th of April - do my final paperwork and arrangements (I hope) to bring her home. The most recent mods are the beadlocks I now have on the front wheels, dual fuel pressure/temperature gauge in dash and battery shut off label installed behind rear plate. Not much more to do, coming home soon.

Sounds like it's coming together well Sam. I can't wait to see pictures and/or see the car in person. I'm assuming at some point you'll be at one of our Meet & Greets. Hope everything goes well finalizing and bringing her home.
