Hello to all,

My wife just got an 03 SS..the car has the flat spoiler on the trunk...she likes the type that flips up...do they interchange...what does the flip up style come on?

you can put on the flip up style (nascar style spoiler) it will fit on...however you will have holes in the trunk from the spoiler already on there that will show

those spoilers are on the 04-05 ss's or all nascar edition monte's

BUT you can get a nascar style spoiler off of an 06-07 ss monte carlo and it will cover those holes from what i've heard...slightly different looking but would probably work a little better for your application

 

or u could go all out and just get a wing just like in nascar like me

 

i'm wondering if someone is going to make a wing that looks exactly like the one in nascar, because if i had an impala i would want that wing

do a serch here on spoilers i have answerd this a few times but i dont remember the name of the actuall spoiler. but there is one that will fit our cars and actually useds the same holes as the surf bord style. So ther eis no mods done to the trunk to make it fit.

is it the intimidator spoiler?? i think thats the name of the kit thats for our cars...

Beats paying the $350 a Chevy dealer wants.
