6th Gen ('00-'05): Small Update
so its been around a month i've been without jack and i must say it has slowed my life down a bit. last time i seen it i was making a payment on the repair of the replacement engine and labor. it was in the lot off aamco...covered in dust....under a tree
i remember when i took it in it was in car show ready condition...i was on my way to the gm nats after all. but i hope its doing fine...i might go look later because we did have 2 thunderstorms that knocked trees over. my guess is that i wont have it back till end of summer or maybe a month into fall. the repair war $2300 and i owe $1600 right now, because of birthday parties and my son's 5th birthday party coming up along with getting him ready to start school thats slowed me down a bit. but hey its family
but there hasnt been much overtime at work, although i did do 11 hrs of ot this week hoping it picks up again. Still, i'm always lurking on the forum and what not so don't count me out im still here.

Unfortunately life "happens" and puts a wrench in our plans. I've been there a few times myself. Chin up!

Sorry to hear about your car troubles, I really feel for you. I had a period when I was laid off work and couldn't afford to put gas in my car, but I did keep the insurance up, but it sucked, it was the worst feeling looking in the driveway and seeing my car but not being able to drive it, the worst part was that at the time I was living in the country and it was a 2 hour walk to even get to town so I had to rely on friends and family to cart my sorry but around. I hope things pick up for you soon

Wishing you the best man. I am certain you'll get Jack back in action. It just takes time, so don't get discouraged. You clearly have a lot going on, but as long as you keep things mapped out, I have faith it will pull together.
