SLP grille and the Red Chevy Bowtie?

He's referring to my paranoia Lisa.
I'm sure the SLP upper grill with the red stick-on bowtie wasn't meant to weather harsh winters and scorching hot summers. But in my case, being my only car and not having a garage to park in, it's reality for now. Which is why my SLP grill is still sitting next to my desk in the package it came in for now.
Just thinking off the top of my head. I wonder if it's possible to use the two pre-existing holes in the factory grille (behind the crest) to attach the SLP grille a little more solidly. Like maybe using one or two small plastic rivets in addition to using 3M trim tape around the edges of the grille?

That would be interesting... If you could use the holes it would also make it alot easier to line it up... That being said I used automotive tape on mine, word of caution, double stack the tape in order to actually fill in the gap between the grille and the bumper... And voila, that thing ain't comin off no how, trust me...
