slight shake at 60 mph
I have a slight shake at around 60 mph,I have replaced both front wheel hubs, front end checked and aligned, brand new tires.wheels do not seem bent according to tire shop.could this be caused by bad cv joints? or even the top motor mounts/bushings??

Yes to all, though I'd suspect the axle as the culprit. Even if the boots are intact and there isn't any noticeable "popping" as happenes a lot of times when one of the cv joints is bad. It don't take much slop to cause a vibration. I've seen the inner part actually be worse than the outer prob 90% of the time.
Any time I replace hubs on these cars these days I put new axles in while I'm at it. Heck you are already right there with everything tore apart, only takes another 10 minutes and 150 $ or so.
You might get lucky as jr said and have a wheel out of balance. Look and see if you see any wheel weights noticeably missing.
