Illinois *****, I hate these guys.

 

Well I had planned on keeping the factory CD player and just using gadgets to play my music off of my phone through the car speakers, but ultimately the only convenient way to do that is to change the radio to one that you can plug things into.

So I picked up this Pioneer and had it installed at Best Buy. I'm already thinking that it was worth it, because I can control my music on my phone with the radio face buttons.








And now I've got more storage! The extra little slot

 

Since I pretty much settled on keeping the cloth seats, I got the idea of changing out the headrests while I was at the junkyard today looking for a grill for my Blazer.


I always like the square ones with the window that I see on Pontiacs and Impalas, so I investigated further. I figured out that the Pontiac ones attach differently and may not fit as well, so I popped these bad boys off of an Impala with leather seats and switched them for mine. Seven bucks each, so not a bad investment.
