Default Should I run fuel system treatment?

I have a bottle of 3M complete fuel system cleaner sitting here. Should I go ahead and run it though my next tank? Will there be exhaust smoke? My Monte is a 2004 LS with 70K miles.

if you have it laying around, use it. i don't think it will hurt anything. don't go out and buy the stuff though. most all gas nowadays has many cleaning detergents in it, so it already does a great job of keeping things clean. imo, it's a waste of money to go buy it for a later model vehicle. i could see buying it for something that has sat for a LONG time and you want to get it running again, otherwise save your money for mods
