Oh trust me. My family and I are die hard Chevy fans. But I like Mitsu as well. I'm just trying to do what right. Eventually I will buy another Chevy, probably a Monte. But for now its just not for me.

wait i had the same type of 85 monty with the 305 all i did with it was tune ups change the oil to synthetic. changed the intake manifold headers and exauhst. ended up getting 18 city 34 hyway it just needs to breath and tlc dont get rid of it youll regret it. i regret getting rid of mine for my new mc wished i have both

 

u think 12to15mpg is bad... my 84 gets 9... with a stock 305 ...insurance really isnt to bad im 21 with a ****y record....i pay more for my 94 escort...

 

You should get more like 18MPG I would think...and insurance on an 03 Lancer would be more than an 85 Monte...
