I already have a aftermarket JVC Stereo but i am now planning on upgrading to a touch screen stereo.. will i have to buy a new wiring harness and antenna adapter. or can i use the same one that i already have on my jvc on the touch screen im buying?

You should be able to re-use both. The antenna adapter is easily reusable. For the wiring harness you'll probably have to cut the wires and connect them to the new stereo's wires.

You CAN reuse them both. You'll probably just need the mounting kit
