Thanks. (i'll tell Debbie you like it)

Taz,
GMpartsdirect sells the Team Monte Carlo decals. $110.
They go up from there on other GM supply web sites. Like $135. For just THIS decal.

I emailed auto trim design and asked if they could replicate the decal for me. They asked for pics of one which I found on the net and sent to them. This was like 10 days ago. no word back from them IF they can reproduce the decal or the cost if they did?

Ebay has not been a good source for me as far as locating an original Team Monte Carlo decal for the spoiler on this car.

And as far as I can tell the '00 Pace cars came in black.
Then one year was yellow, one year red, '03 is Superior blue.

So '01 or '02 was red, and the other year was yellow. Or visa versa.

01 was red and 02 was yellow. I know this because for some reason when I ordered my car I wanted yellow with silver ground effects and they told me I couldn't have that color combo because of the pace car - I also tried to get blue and silver but yet again is was my year's pace car - so I ended up with red.

Thanks for the info. After looking at the trunk on my car, the Team Monte Carlo decal is starting to grow on me. The bowtie on my trunk is red. The same as the car. So it kinda blends in with the background and doesn't really stand out. I think with the "Monte Carlo SS" badges removed, the trunk wouldn't look that bad.

Now the grey Taz decal is a different story. It would be the only grey decal on the entire car aside from the "Supercharged" badges on the sides. But those are silver. Completely different color. I'm thinking the Taz decal may not look right on my car. Keep in mind I have black DEI stripes on the sides. On second thought, I do have the silver 8's and silver "Monte Carlo" on the windshield.

Guess I'll have to try and photoshop the things and see how they look. If I can find decent pics of them.

Thanks RJ, great car you got. I mean, great car Deb got.
