Okay guys, so I got some output shots for you guys... only 2 for right now until I actually get everything mounted:

I also got started on painting, everything has been made into gloss instead of a textured flat black. The far shroud needs to be repainted as it started running just a bit, but that's no problem.

Tomorrow I'm off to the parts store, I'll be painting part of the shroud red and the shield red. I'll also be mounting the LEDs and then getting everything set.

Those are the Minis??? They look massive compared to the ones I've seen in person! My friend that just retrofitted his Grand Prix used the minis and they didn't seem that big. Then again his housings look a little larger, and I believe he got the really slim shrouds... Probably some kind of odd illusion that my brain can not comprehend at this hour. Regardless, I'm glad they fill up the housing, I don't like when there's a tiny projector in a massive housing lol.

Should probably do a second set for me

I thought the same thing, the Gatling Gun almost doesn't fit, the other ones I saw for Monte's did the mini gatling gun and it didn't fill up the spot, I think I'll like these big ones a lot better. I think the shroud is what makes it look so big, but I could be wrong. I love the color line on these, absolutely amazing IMO haha

If you send me the stuff I have no problem doing these. It's kinda fun haha

I was thinking this too.. I used the minis in my retrofit and they don't look near as big!

Keep up the good work

They are big, I didn't think they would be. I'll be sure to keep updating!

The paint is all dry.. I'm not going to clear until I can do everything at once... Here's the results:

Also, got my centric rings to mount the shrouds:

I have a busy day, so I may not be getting to them today, but I will be getting everything I need to finish

Wow, can't wait to see the end result. Now that I have a soon-to-be extra headlight I may give this a test shot, namely the red 'demon eye.' Curious to see this. Looks complicated and expensive though.

Thanks! I'm making another purchase here soon and it's going to push me well over the $200 mark unfortunately, but with these being clear corners and all, I can't mess it up, too many people will hate me, so it's being done right lol

Insane amount of swagger, Mitch. I'm really gonna need a write-up for the demon-eyes mod. In that case, the whole forum probably wants one when you're done!

haha I'll be making a write-up, that's probably the easiest part to be honest, the hardest part is the dremeling, you have to keep it level or else the beams will be out of the leveling range. Also, painting will kind of be a pain because it likes to run, since i'm using engine enamel because I won't want them to turn colors because of the high temps of the HID bulbs.

I'm hoping to go get paint today, paint the shield, parts of the shrouds and finishing the housings. I'm so close but so far lol I hope to have these done by the end of next week, schools been rough lately so I'm trying to keep my priorities, but it's hard with how nice these are turning out haha

Thanks, Tyler.
