Remote key not working right

Default Remote key not working right

I repalced the battery in my remote because it has not worked since i got it.I put it through the relearn process and still nothing.I have another remote that works fine,not sure if it is the remote or what.




Any help

I'd 1st make sure the battery is in right, and the contacts are OK. I've seen the contact break on one before. I took it apart and re-soldered it. Start there.

Its possible the previous owner dropped it in water or something???? Otherwise, if your connectors are all fine, IDK.

are the contacts making, um, contact? my other chevy has a similar remote that wasn't getting a good contact with the batery.

I actually bent the contacts closer to the battery just to be sure.
