Registration of a car - HELP!

I need to register a Mercedes car in Monte Carlo however I am not a resident, I dont have a Monaco driving license nor do I live there. I there anyone who can help me please??

I'm sorry but you've reached the wrong forum. This Monte Carlo Forum is for the car made by Chevrolet. The Chevrolet Monte Carlo.
