Sorry, by whistle i mean that sound of the air gettin sucked into the intake. versus the stock boxed intake thats practically silent. i figured they do, but just makin sure. I wasnt sure if the enclosure that comes with the intake would silence the intake.

 

It might be a little quieter idling, but that's about it

 

yes, they do. Or at least mine does, around 2700 RP M's and has a little bit of whine to it and then you just plow into it and it's Iike an air sucking machine.

 

I love it, & so do the rest of the owners of them.
