CALIPERS I'd say for the calipers, use Dupli-Color's caliper paint. I have used both their brush on kit (went with red on my 03) and, most recently, aerosol spray (black on my 06). The brush on kit comes in a box and the spray is just in a regular aerosol can. After using both, I prefer the aerosol spray over the brush kit.
BRAKE PADS I have AC Delco performance brake pads that I ordered through my Chevrolet dealership.
EXHAUST I've got MagnaFlow's cat-back performance system on mine and love it.

Definitely the ColdAirInductions Inc. CAI

I did like the G2 paint kit for my calipers, very easy to use.

Drilled and slotted... Not really needed. You can get some nice slotted rotors, but I would honestly just recommend a high quality blank rotor. Centrix has been a good brand to me.

I like my GMPP exhaust, but it's discontinued. Magnaflow made it, just make sure you get Stainless Steel and Mandrel Bends. Sound is whatever you like.
