Have you checked the fuse box? there is a fuse for the radio in the fuse box ! Also have you checked for the 12V power into the radio? ( usually the biggest wire )
If you have been doing some dash work, it is very possible you have pinched a wire ! If you have power into the radio, the radio itself could have a problem.
I have repaired copy machines for 30 years so electrical problems are something I am well versed on. I have created some by pinching wires myself.
let me know if you need more advanced help.

Too many unknown factors : Is it factory radio or after market? Have you tested the radio separately? When you tested your wires, did you have the radio connected or disconnected?
Generally speaking you want to test the wires with the connector unplugged from the radio to get a true source read, the speaker wires shouldn't read anything. At least one 12 V and 1 ground, but there could be more depending on how its designed, and now days with more computerization, there could be 5V 10V and 24 V. You would need a wiring diagram.
If you have a pinched, or shorted wire, it should blow the fuse. If you check the wires with the radio disconnected and then with it connected and they are different, then its possibly the radio itself.
I just dont have enough information to go on, as to what you have or have not done.
