Problem with my fan

Default Problem with my fan

hey everybody i have a 2003 monte carlo and whether i run just the fan or with AC...there is no air that comes out until i put it on speed 3...1 and 2 dont do anything...someone said i need to adjust the spring for it...i was just wondering if anyone knew where it was located...

Either the speed control switch is bad or the Blower Motor Resistor Pack is bad.

Found the below on a web Search on a 2002 Monte Carlo:

Same Issue: Speed 1 & 2 are not working on mine. Replace the entire A/C dashboard Controler.

thx alot do you know where on the car i can find the blower motor resister pack
