I have a 1997 Monte, we found a short, fixed it but now the power windows and radio(factory) will work when the key is out of the ignition - it never did that before. I don't think it's the ignition relay, we assume, because the blower fan only works with the key in the ignition, in the on position. We're totally stumped, any ideas?
