Considering some new mods... Need some info from you guys that have more modding experience than me to decide on a good build, but that can also still be used as my dd. Put in your opinions as I want a high hp/torque build. Will be having a custom tranny built soon hopefully (3.69 gearing and 3000 stall converter?)(hardened input and outputs and hardened 4th gear)...

Considering:
New Cam (maybe the XP one on ZZP)
Cartuning's Turbo kit
1.9" Rockers? (should I use with cam?)
New Headers
A lot of exhaust work to end up with no cat and 2.5" straight to 4" tips
Possible Intercooler
Forged Heads
Springs
Lifters
Axle Upgrade

 

It is either Rockers or Cam. Not both.

The turbo kit would give you the exhaust manifold changes, you don't run the turbo with headers. A ZZP Front Exhaust PowerLog is good for turbo builds.

Again the turbo would have the downpipe, so you would just need the turbo downpipe to be cat-less.

Remember if you get the different gearing you will need to have that in the tune also.

 

Which actually do more for you? Rockers or Cam? Plus will rockers still give me the wobbly idle of a big cam?

 

CAM has better gains, but a longer/harder install.

Rockers won't give you idle lop.
