popping in steering

i have a slight popping feel and sound in my steering wheel when i cut the wheel...has anyone had any problems with this....if so what is the problem and how can it be fixed? 2000 monte carlo ss

It's the ole ISS, the grease job is a temp fix. This should be under re-call as an R&R...

Although, I had mine replaced and I am starting to have the same problems all over again....
