Any help from anyone would be super!!

Just bought an 00 SS and the sunshade that goes back along with the sunroof has 2 broken clips. Thus, problems are occurring and I have had to remove it entirely.

Anyone know the new # for the pewter colored sunshade as the one on the shade itself does not seem to work.

Also, anyone happen to have one for sale or know where I can get one that is in near mint condition.

Try a local Chevy dealer. If nothing more for the parts numbers of the missing clips you need.

Once you have the numbers, try gmpartdirect.com and look up the numbers. See if the parts are still available through them and what they would charge for them?

 

Thanks! Unfortunately they don't just sell the clips. Apparently they only sell the sunshade as a whole unit............Big $$$$. So I'm starting from scratch. Looks right now like I have t-tops, lol!!

 

I'm not sure if I'm thinking of the same thing or not. Are you talking about the interior shade that slides back and forth, and is the same color and fabric as the headliner?
