There are so many threads out there about the safe way to drop a pulley size. Whatever you do, you need a scanner to measure KR.

Well it's not just the pulley I'm talking about. I'm talking about all of the performance mods in general about which order to do them & what not

Start with intake (I hear WizAired is good), exhaust (especially the u bend, might as well get headers while you're at it). Then get a scanner/tuner. Or get the scanner/tuner now. Either way, you're gonna need a scanner before you drop that pulley size. Don't forget about your colder thermostat(180 degree), colder spark plugs (Autolite 605 or 104).

Well I'm doing fenderwell intake this winter, I've already decided on that. & my dad has a super nice scanning tool thing that he can prob do all of that fun stuff with. & thanks to Mike I have decided what I'm exactly doing with my exhaust. & I knew about the thermostat & I figured spark plugs eventually. Soo when should I put the intercooler on? & would it be easier to just buy everything & then just put it all on at one time? (besides the FWI)

Your dad's scanning tool will do just that scan. You'll want to either get HPTuners or find someone near ya with it to do a tune eventually.

Well yeah I plan on getting the tune. I was talking about the scanning & idk if his can tune or not. He rarely takes it outta its special place bcuz he doesn't want it to get damaged so who knows. I've never seen him use it before

Highly doubt it can tune. Most likely just a diagnostic judging by what your dad does.
