Justin it would look better if you wet sand it 1st. It will be Nice & Smooth. Then clear it. And you could wet sand the clear also. For that wet look shine. Did it on Motorcycles. Well worth the Effort BELEIVE ME
aND IF YOUR GOING TO BUFF IT OUT. BE CAREFUL AROUND THE EDGES AND AROUND THE 3800. Cause that will tear up your pad. But I think you know all this already.

My friend does alot of fiberglass work. He said there is something you can add to the paint to make it more flexible and resist cracking and flaking under stress. Flex something cant remember what he called it.
I've heard of that, but that must mean you can only use it if you are spraying it out of a gun. How would you add that to a rattle can?
