Pace car spoiler no drilling?

is there anywhere I can get a pace car spoiler that I can just use the pre-existing holes? Preferably painted as well for cheap.

Pace car spoiler direct replacement for the surfboard is is GM Parts Direct Part Numer 19120797 if that is what your talking about, but it comes unpainted. Cost me another 200 to get it painted locally.

What year is your car? If you have a 2000-2005, the 06-07 spoilers fit the pre drilled holes exactly. Check on ebay, that might be a good place to look.
