cuz the power seat is move all the way back.

have to force myself to do some work to the xj that i been putting off cuz of the crazy weather. it was in the 40-50* few days ago. today was like in the 30's. i was planning to change valve cover gasket, cap/rotor, plugs and wires. i didn't get chance to do any of that cuz of the injectors swap and cleaning the throttle body took little bit of time than i thought. it was worth it tho on the injectors swap and cleaning the throttle body. all i say is throttle response is better, smooth idle and might save few gallon of fuel. i'll find out when filling up.

can you tell which is the the stock and which are neon injectors?

new O rings and injectors been soaked in sea foam over 24 hours. injectors are plug and play. either #703 or #784. mine use #703

stock is on left and neon is on right. see how many fuel holes the neon have compare to only one hole in the stock.

i can't stand looking at the krusty fuel rail, so i have to paint it my favorite color lol.

throttle body was build up with carbon i clean out along with the IAC sensor.

old spark plugs, im surprised the jeep ran so good with plugs this bad... it's a jeep that's why


cracked the new distributor rotor. going to see if auto store will give me new one. i have to lie of course about the hairline cracked turn into bigger cracked lol.


new cap, plugs, wires, and old rotor back in. jeep run awesome now.


valve cover is next. guess what color im going to paint it lol?

 

didn't get too far on the zj seats swap. only got the back section done. the cushion will need trimming on the foam and brackets. it's a lot of work on the back seats.

 

They do look nicer then the old ones. They also look really comfortable as well.

 

i am jealous of my buddy's jeep, makes me wanna use the trans am money and build mine like his.

 

Thats what im looking at getting, an older cherokee with the straight six and little lift.

 

That is a sweet jeep. I had a friend that had one lifted like that except his was a tan color.
