Default Not starting and no gears

SO over the weekend i replaced all the gasket from my heads up. Afterwards i went to crank the car, starter truned a little bit but you could tell it was struggling from an undercharged battery, got it charged, threw it in today and now I've got some fun problems.

First of all the thing wont start, no click, groan nothing, all my electronics cut off as long as im turning the key all the way but nothing in the ways of starting.

Second is what i think is the cause of the no start, my gear indicator is no longer registering, ive shifted from p to 1 dozens of time now and it refuses to show what gear im in, after a few seconds the indicator just fades away.

Ive checked the battery terminals and they're nice and clean with some new di-electric grease on em. Shifter connection inside the center console is fine. What the hell do i check next? Keep in mind all systems were functioning properly yesterday, only change is the charge of the battery.

Nope i forgot that i unplugged the main harness when i removed the battery, gears are showing up fine now, still wont start. it tries but cant do it. Starter turns, engine turns, it just wont start. Exhaust is getting hot so i know its burning fuel, every couple of revolutions the starter slows down to a crawl for a second and then picks back up. I just checked all rods and rockers, ive tried jumping the starter, and ive even hit the starter with a hammer all to no effect. Whats going on here?

I'll shoot some crazy ideas, just humor me:
- Bad cell on the battery, being fully charged it's still weak.
- Too much die-electric grease making connectivity issues.
- Even jumping the car, if the battery in the car is too weak a jump is not enough.

If you can, borrow a battery from another car, no die-electic grease, just to rule all that out.

Other ideas could be bad/dirty connections at the starter (I had a car that intermittently lost all electrical power while driving because of that).
Damaged battery cables. Bad ground somewhere.

That's the best of what I got right now.

Any codes?

Check the harness and connections around the crank and cam sensors

Did you double check the battery terminal connections at the starter and the ground stud on the transmission?

Pull the spark plugs, pour about a tablespoon of oil into each cylinder (a straw works well for this), replace the plugs and try to start with a fully charged battery.
