Amusing how long the vehicles electrical system stayed operational with an underfire hood raging like that. The brake lights were on and the horn blared for sometime.
Guess the bright side is there was a 6th gen. available for their local Labor day demolition derby that year.

I don't know anything about that car or the owner. But that's a good reason why you should really know what you're doing before doing your own engine mods.
With that said. There was a recall on N/A 6th gen fuel rails and wiring running near them. If I remember right.
