Nice Job Matt!

I for 1 can appreciate all your hard work ,time and effort!

I will have to say:
The RSA's that came on mine...when I bought it... I put 83,000 miles on them..with no issues til the mrs ran over a broken Semi truck spring on the freeway with them...otherwise, Rain, snow,sleet.... They worked out great as an all season tire for me....

I for 1 never really raced mine... So Traction wasnt a problem for me.

I think your wife is lucky if the tire was the only damage to the car. I'm glad you had good luck with your RS-A's. I had problems with mine just taking off normally at a green light. Not even racing.

It sounds like Matt's new pilots are a good choice for a balance between performance and comfort. My new Goodrich's are all performance, no comfort. And loud too. Matt's Pilot's are quiet.

Thanks guys!

Lou, the Super Sports do seem to make for a better feeling ride even with the lowered ride height I'm running. There's a noticeable improvement over the Pirelli P Zero Neros I was running before. The car just drives and feels really nice on the Super Sports.

Definately lucky nothing else was damaged... your right Lou....
I was soooo curious how many miles I could have gotten out of them...
Before I was forced to replace them.. But that didnt happen!
