Looks like i have the clips for the tray in right, i also see you flipped the computer over so it fit the right way. I guess it doesn't matter which way it faces? As the wires were too short i have it sideways right now. One other thing(i assume its normal?) But when the engine is cold this thing makes an insane sucking noise

Yep, when you first fire it up (cold) it sounds like a Hoover on steroids until the rpm drops down a bit.

My monte's got that too. It sounds miserable!!
It kinda does sound like a shop vac...
