are you talking about the u-bend???

 

well if they knew the chips were there there shoulda been something signed saying they were to fix it,

just cause a big enough stink and they'll fix it, technically the hood should have been sanded down, and repainted completely, thats what i would have made them do anyway

 

I would talk to the dealer ONCE, and if I didn't get satifaction, call GM direct. They have a department for just this kind of thing. And the dealer will change his tune when GM gets involved. I have done this before with fast results. In fact, the GM rep put me on a conference call with the dealer and it was a whole lot different conversation than what I had been having with the dealer.
