Default Need some help!

can someone please help me out here. the body shop and the Ins. are trying to figure this out as well as i am.

Can you please roll down your window (so it dont have to be broke out)
and see if with the alarm set if you hit the trunk button dose the alarm go off if you use the one in side the car or if you grab the handel in the trunk.

Right nwo they cant check mine as what ever they did my alarm refuses to reset . So they are goign to a dealer with it to find out why.
Also have a damed check engin light on i cant get rid of also. So please let me knwo wha tyou find out.

Temps around here have been in the low to mid 20's for the past week.

Okay mickey, here's what I did.

Opened the driver's window and locked the doors. Leaned into the window and hit the trunk button inside the car. The alarm went off immediately.

When they broke the window, did they hit the unlock on the electric locks and then pop the trunk?
