Default Need some audio help

Need some opinions here. I plan on installing a 12' sub and amp in my trunk. I am going to just run it off the factory unit. Theres so many names and brands etc it makes it hard to choose. I found a Kenwood Mono amp and set of subs for a really good price and was curious what your guys opinion was on kenwood?

I have a Kenwood 400W amp pushing two Kenwood 12's in my trunk, and it bumps more than I need it to. I have the gain turned almost all the way down and it still sounds good without drowning the stock speakers.

If the price is right, DO IT! I have a Pioneer 6 ch, 600 w with a single 12" in a box in the trunk, and while driveing that is PLENTY of sub. My rear view mirror vibrates BAD when I turn it up a bit. I usually have the sub turned down about 7db when LadyT is riding with me.
I'm wired to power a second amp and dual 12" subs, but honestly, WHY?
