Thanks for the input guys. I still plan on doing this later this year. I don't really understand though this trading down talk. Their identical cars minus the engine and changing a couple of bumpers. The only thing that matters is the mileage I think with these cars.

I might sell it to a brother in law. He says he might be able to buy it from me later or early next year if not trade it in . I'll look into getting a small loan with a credit union. Credit really isn't a problem for me. I have excellent credit but I have never actually asked for a small loan before. Also the Monte was payed off like 3 years ago. That was never an issue.


If you didn't live so far away maybe we could do something but anything is possible.
