Which rims are you talking about? I could be wrong, but I think there were two SS 5-star rims.
Actually, I think all the 2000-2005 Monte rims are a 5-star pattern.

But which are you looking for? The one's that look like Duane's (blue Monte), or like Becky's '02 Intimidator?

Hmmm...
I don't think I've ever seen them in chrome. Not saying they don't exist, just haven't seen 'em. They'd look nice in chrome.
I suppose you could try getting a set like Duane's off ebay or junkyard, and get them polished to a mirror finish. I've seen that done with the wheel like Becky's. And they look incredible.

But I'll keep a look out for ya.
