If you all are referring to the glow, they probably just replaced the bulbs with blue LEDs.

like he said^^^. i don't know a whole lot on the LED stuff...all i know is they look good in my ride lol. here's the web site where i got mine done at. read it, it will explain all.

You could see what kind of bulbs you have and buy LED's that have the same base. That's what I did for part of my cluster, but IDK what kind of lights you have in there.

Regardless of what kind of bulb you have, as long as it is in fact bulbs and not somthing built into your gauge itself, you can buy some LEDs for it.
