6th Gen ('00-'05): My Monte must wait
I had been a saving up for a long time. but I had the opportunity to get Angela a much newer car at a great price,
Everyone here will hate me when I say, Toyota, but a book of over 6K for just over 3K is deal and once cleaned of dog hair she will love it
Monte fund may take awhile to build back up
I had that 1.8 doing 80+ up a mountain road at 80+ The pedal pegged but it got there
Please don't hate me for buying the wife a Toyota

Any who, best of luck, nothing at all wrong with a Toyota. Very dependable vehicles, and hell the price was killer. Happy for you...
You can deposit money into my bank account and I will save it up for you troop, we will have your Monte screaming!!
I don't judge by vehicle makes, if it's a good buy or a nice ride then by all means buy it! We just bought a 2015 jeep grand Cherokee SRT a couple months ago because it was a good buy and she really wanted a newer vehicle and something faster yet still daily driver worthy. We traded in her 2010 Kia forte koup on it and never looked back so far lol.
We own a Cadillac, Chevy, Ford, and jeep. Im not bias lol

If you set your sights on a 1995-99, you will probably not have to wait long to save up for one as they are old enough to be inexpensive but not so old that they are impossible to find. But they aren't exactly easy to find in 2017, that's for sure.
Or you could get a 2006-07, which will cost more but doesn't look quite as nice. But they look good due to Chevy toning down the weird styling of the 2000-05 models.

Girls usually don't care what they drive so what ever you get will be good. But you can Milk the situation a bit by telling her she owes you favors for all the static you are getting for not getting a Chevy. Might be good for a fresh baked pie, cake or other deserts.
