Default MPD Hoods

Has anyone here purchased a Motorsports Performance Designs (MPD) Ram Air Hoods with CAI?

I'm thinking of buying one, and just wanted to know the quality of their hoods, and do they run well (when going down the road at speed do they shake or vibrate or do they ride smooth like the original metal hood?)

Some say it looks like crap and others really like it. I tookthe last picture and painted on some Rally Stripes and it looks pretty cool to me.

Now thedebate:
1.Razzi Ground effects, MPD hood, chrome rally stripes, with 20" Foose,or

2.Airbrush "Real Fire" Flames with the 20" Foose?

Why not it all? That "Real Fire" Flame paint job cost A LOT of MONEY!!!

I've heard nothing but good reviews with the MPD hoods short of the cost. As for the rims alot of people get into the "these are ok" with the 18's and 19's, and 20's seem to be noticeably less comfortable when making corners as it changes all the dynamics of the suspension and handling.

I just ordered the hood a two weeks ago, I should get it in another two weeks.
The hood is made out of the samesteel frame of a stock Monte hood (on the underside).
The top is fiberglass,I think. They seem to be pretty good from what I hear, or at least everyone I asked.

I'm going torun my SLP CIA with the functionalPlenum.
