Default The Monte Visits Oxford (Mostly for Pictures)

Well... we had a post somewhere about the town you live in, posting pictures (made by Space himself). Well, I could never find good pictures of Oxford. So, here are some I took myself with my car in them. I get out of school at 1:30 now, and town isn't busy when I get out.. so I took some pics.

The Granville County Couthouse....

If you look to the right, pulling in is a cop car. I took another picture with the cop car sitting right behind mine, AND at the courthouse.. it was hilarious. But it didn't take

Here is Williamsboro Street (both sides the same way, I just whipped my car around into another spot.

Heres the Oxford WaterTower, tooken from Oxford Baptist Church..

And the Oxford Baptist Church...

And a picture from when it snowed here a week ago....

Very nice picturesque place you live.
Especially the county courthouse. Would make for an excellent calendar pic.

Looks like a nice little town there Cowboy, about the same size as our town. We don't see so much blue skies, tho, something about lake effect snow[:'(]. Is the Baptist church where you attend?

one of these days I'll have to take the Monte to the historic district across the way in Henderson for some pictures. They have antique style road signs, parallel parking ALL the way down... its pretty nice I guess. I've grown up around it all my life so I guess I takeits beauty for granted. I'll have to take my camera over there one day... not much over in the historic district to warrant me going over there for it though... Maybe one day if I'm in the area I'll go get the pictures.

crime is low here because of all the police.... seriously, we have like 1 cop per 5 people i think. almost everytime you go through down town oxford you will see a cop... you can't spit without hittign one.
