Default Monte Carlo SandRail
so i end up with a 2002 monte carlo that got rolled, and i an now using the engine in my sandrail Sand Rail 4 Seater Design Plans | Facebook for pics. I want to eliminate the bcm, but i need to know what steps to take because of the damn vats/passlock.

That is awesome! I can't help you much with the passlock though. You might have to get a standalone ignition/fuel system.
