those are what I got... after reviewing alot of feedback from different guys, in addition to a poll that I took over at ClubGP, the consensus was that the ones from 3800Performance are good, but are a little too soft, and that the ones from ZZP are wayyy too hard, and provide no additional benefit for being so hard, other than horrible steering wheel vibration, and that the Intense mounts had very little give, gave great bite for the engine, and had really thick metal supports in the center, to prevent wear over time, while at the same time giving great response, and very little steering wheel vibration.
Hope that helps.

Oh, and also, I figured I would put it out there, I lubed mine around the outside of the square with lithium grease, just to ensure that:
#1 They would slide in quite easily, and slide out just as easily if I wanted to change them down the road
#2 To prevent any creaking that might happen after wear and tear over time..

Okay, so, I got my TOG's in, and after a few days of test driving them, I love them. The exhaust is raspy, and alot of people hate it, but I love it.
So, by demand, here is my clip:

Sorry the quality is junk, still working on getting a nice camcorder...
I want to get launches as well, but that probably won't happen. This coming weekend is the SLP Powerflo. I will have more clips to follow, in addition to the write-up and my pics.

Well it isn't a 3 inch, it's a 3" downpipe, but the entire exhaust is only 2.5". And yes, I noticed a little bit of loss, like if I am headed up a hill, it will feel like I need to give the throttle a little more push (not much more) to get it up the hill. Nothing major, but that's also because I dropped a pulley size at the same time...
