alright i was looking at a differnt type of console. i found the part. and the picture helped alot.

10414691 for the latch itself, and thats for a black one, there is a few different numbers for different colors. list price is 37.38
now this is the crappy part unless ya found your spring....cuz it doesn't come with one. and that part number is 10271582. list price for the spring is 16.07 (OUCH)
i'd just buy the latch and grab a spring from a junkyard if your lucky. or if ya have a friend that works at GM or can get a better deal then go that route.
for me the spring is 9.53 and the latch is 23.32 to give ya an idea.
