Ls4 swap
I want to do an ls4 5.3l swap into my 2000 monte carlo ss. I have a 2007 monte carlo ss donor car to do the swap from. I'm just wondering how hard or an estimate on cost of having it swapped. I feel why take a well known car from rear wheel v8 powered to fwd v6 powered. So I wanna at least add v8 power again.

Definitely a cool project and having a full donor car, big help. My limited knowledge about it, you will need to swap a lot over. Wiring harnessed, modules and such. There is also an element of trial and error. But it has been done by a few people.
