Default Longest top swap project ever!!

So I’ve been MIA for quite a while and so was the car. It’s spent the last 5 years in a barn collecting dust.

During that time a machinist has my L67 heads to oversize the valves and do some custom work on them as well as the lower intake.
Due to a work injury the car sat in my driveway with the engine torn down to the deck since last August.

Well as of this past Monday I’ve been slamming it back together with the following parts list:
-custom heads
-Gen 3 Eaton with a 3.1” pulley
-custom LIM
-intense stage 2 cam
-Comp OER lifters
-Comp 125lb springs
-ZZP intercooler
-YT 1.7’s
-Meziere water pump
-Cometic 4 ply head gaskets
-custom length pushrods from Intense (7.200”)
All that combined with my previous mods and I’m only a half day away from hitting the key.

If anyone has a picture of vacuum line routing that would be super cool lol.
I still need to figure out my belt length and how to wire the small solenoid by the boost bypass valve. Anyone got the wiring fix?

When I hit the key for the first time I’ll be taking a startup video that I will post on here.
I didn’t spend the most time making it look purty under the hood but all the new shiny stuff is still like looking up Bridget Wilson-Sampras’s skirt.

Back soon all!
JK

Thanks wht02monte. I think that’s how I got it all setup up now. I was using the grey matter early this morning. For the big vacuum port on the TB though there must be a L67 specific hose that goes to the back of the engine for the evap.
I just wish I knew where to wire that solenoid that has the one Vac port open.

The port you have capped on the top of the SC I used for my HVAC. I just looked.

Oh yea there is a specific hose for that, forgot.. Thats the thing I deleted. Big U shaped rubber hose that goes into a hard plastic line that goes back into soft line connecting the Evap can. The solenoid I believe you can just leave unplugged.

Thanks. Ya I did some reading and I’m all set now. Just doing some water pump wiring and IC pump wiring and she’s almost done.
Expect a first fire up video this weekend.

Unplugging the MAF makes it level out and there’s no vacuum leaks.
Any ideas?
It’ll pull 60’ of elevens so once it’s dialed in it’s gonna be sick

Bad MAF Id say..

Video says it was an unsupported format but I still got audio from it.

I swapped in another MAF and same thing. Had it idling smooth but slightly high with it unplugged and sprayed BPC all around the vac lines and intake to make sure there was no leaks. I really didn’t expect to find any, I’m very particular about leaks of any kind.
Maybe it’s just my tuning? I’ve got a can tune that maybe my mods are too advanced for.
I’ve got a ZZP pcm on it’s way already anyway.
