klunk in steering?

Default klunk in steering?

When im turning slow enough i think to the left i here a little klunk. anybody have an idea what it might be? its not very loud either if radio on i dont think i can here it.

Probably the ISS, intermediate steering shaft, at the firewall.

ok well first off is it when u turn left and only when u turn left? and how loud is it...with the radio on low can u hear it? the ISS would b a good place to start but it could b a few different things

it could be a CV joint going bad too. best to take it to a shop so they can diagnose it for you.

If it's the ISS you'll probably be able to feel it through the steering wheel and brake pedal. You can try this and if it's better then it's the ISS and will only cost about $4 to find out http://www.naioa.com/v2/modules.php?...ic&t=10805
