Hey guys just wanted to share, I have the K&N cold air intake kit on my '03 SS Pace Car, I bought it back in 2009, I noticed recently the filters rubber boot that slides onto the intake tube was splitting, but not where the hose clamp goes on but towards the filter itself. I sent K&N a nice email about it, stating that I have taken care of it, cleaned and oiled it as recommended etc! they asked me some questions and asked for a pic of it installed and Voila!! they sent me a new replacement filter !! just sharing if anyone has the same issue!! ...Claydoh

 

WOW! That sounds like excellent product support. It's always nice to hear when a company does something like this.
